So I want to talk about orcas for a minute..
They are very intelligent and family oriented.  They live with there babies until they die (if they can) and it is even suspected that these whales are more emotionally evolved than us. (They're brain has a development that ours doesn't)
These beautiful creatures have been captured and kept at sea parks for many decades.  Kids grow up thinking it is normal and although a little sad, it is ok.





WELL it is NOT OK! These animals belong in the ocean where they are free to be social and hunt and enjoy their lives.  Instead they are living in pools where they are deprived of everything they need (except food).  Can you imagine living that life? No one to talk to, just swimming in circles or not swimming at all, just sitting there waiting to do some tricks so you can eat.  All so some kids and parents can be amused. (the usual audience at least lol)

Anyways, it is our duties as humans to change things! So let's help everyone realize that it is not normal or ok to keep these animals in captivity!

There is a good documentary called BLACKFISH.  I recommend you see it.  It will help inform you on the current situation of these Orcas. I unfortunately can't find a link to it online, but I know it is available on Netflixs...
